ABOUT US

People’s Council for Social Welfare (PCSW) is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO), established in 1999 by a group of dedicated social workers, to help common people meet the challenges of social transformation and especially through making them aware on the causes, process and consequences of transformation.

"To empower the poor and disadvantaged so that they can demand their rights from the society and to make them a part of the development process instead of treating them as mere recipient of aids and charities."
